How come so many blades have such a negative opinion of this lad? The times I've seen him play he has done ok. He's going to get an extended run in the side now due to Walker's injury.

not if delboy comes through the practice match today, hopefully? he's ok, nothing special but never really puts a foot wrong, would probably be 48x the player quinn is in the middle if we tried him

I'd love to have Geary back but it would be madness to throw him straight back into the 1st team after such a long time out.

I agree about the midfield with France. He did well in the middle when Monty got injured.

I would have thought Geary would need 5 or 6 reserve games to get back into the swing of things. Throwing him straight back in could potentially risk his career. I think we'd benefit from getting Geary back, he was one of our best performers in the premier league season

France did play in the middle at Blackpool ... Say no more ! Mind you he couldn't get worse than quinny, Harper has to step up more for me aswell
