I didn't say he was shit. I said it wasn't forensic. I quite like his blog, which I've been reading for a couple of years.
Nor did I accuse of saying he was shit.

You are making a non point mate.

The definitions of forensic.
1.
pertaining to, connected with, or used in courts of law or public discussion and debate.
2.
adapted or suited to argumentation; rhetorical.

Quite clearly the rest of the football world can see it (as a simple google of Swiss Rambler Forensic and his twitter account shows), even if your myopic definition can't.

Cheerio.

Glad he didn't. Bloke is a top class wankspanner by all accounts and certainly would not fit in the CW mould of person required at our club.

Seemed like a good one to pick up on a free transfer but not getting him was yet another blessing in disguise.

We've had a lot of those when it comes to signings - Ricky Holmes being one example. Lenihan, McFadzean, Kilgallon, Tafazolli, Revell and Sinclair are some others.

It just always seems to work out better for us. It's quite incredible.

Leicester aren't taking up the option on him for £5m from Wolves, cheapish and can challenge for Basham's spot.
Worth a go?

Would be an excellent addition, we need to add strength in depth all over the pitch. Our starting 11-13 are strong but the drop off after that is a real worry.

Would be a good signing. But I think it depends on funds available. If we had a huge budget a player like him for the bench would be beneficial.

He’s shite? What planet are you people on, and more importantly what budget do they think we have?

This is the same Ryan Bennett that has been a regular for Wolves for 3 years and was brought in by Champions League challenging and at the time 3rd in the league Leicester.

Just what do you expect?
Ryan Bennett would be a cracking signing for us and importantly knows how to play in a back 3

Bennett played very well against us at the King Power this season.

30 yrs young

Good for 3 years. If we could land him on a deal that's a CW special, (in other words cheap) then it would be a good move

I wonder if he'd be more suited as competition/cover for Basham or more of an out and out centre back and cover for Egan? I know he was very highly rated at Town (Grimsby) from work mates but its been a few years since he played there!

He'd be a good signing for that money is we played a right back. Not sure at 30 he'll be great at either RWB or RCB or that he'd come to us as cover.
