Seems a strange move to me. I’d have thought there’s a good few players who now feel ‘trapped’ in Russia and would be happy to seek a way out.

I actually think that’s how we’ve managed to sign a player of Uremovic’s calibre.

Just checked and it's to do with sporting integrity. They have stopped Burnley signing Victor moses

La Liga is allowing though Tebas there seems to view sporting integrity as something that can be sighted to criticise others but not them. The Bundesliga and Serie A are not allowing it.

It stinks a little in my view. This is a global crisis and the opportunity as stated above is open to all.

I can't help but feel that if Man U were having an unprecedented injury crisis then the league would be falling over backwards to help them. I bet they'd be horrified if Burnley stayed up in lieu of Everton.

In light of this, we should do the right thing, step in and sign him up! Could also be used in a front 3.

Just saw something on Sky news online that said that was cut off date for signing from Russian teams

Guess it depends whether they wish to accept FIFA's date of the 7thbkf April or will sit on last Thursday of March.

Makes you wonder if the PL being against it will encourage the EFL not to allow it to develop any further. Saying last Thursday of March would close this and reduce the whole window down to just our deal.

If Billy is fit this might not be bad. How would we feel if Moses joined Forest or Boro for instance?

If Moses is fit and anywhere near his best, he could terrorise Championship from RWB or even one of the two Attacking Midfield positions. Presumably he is if Burnley actually wanted him. We couldn't, could we?
