The coppers were fkg clueless in controlling the Millwall fans along Bramall Lane who the ones that were acting up were basically doing what they wished ?
It was nailed on it was gonna kick off around the Panenka with a lot of home fans gathered up there . What made me laugh was I saw about half dozen Millwall fans just in front of us as we walked up , charge towards a group of Blades goading them & the SYP response to address this was basically to allow them to do it & stand facing the home fans with their GoPros looking to film any response to the provocation ! . They were about as effective as an inflatable dartboard in the crowd control & looked like a line up from the youth club & a first week attendees at slimming world .
I ‘m amazed there wasn’t a lot more trouble there for all I know could have been between there & the station

lol I was in Panenka as they came up by the door . Sure I saw one of the bouncers chin a Millwall fan and a police horse skittles about 10 of them leaving one stuck under the horse

Why the fuck did SYP allow the Millwall lot to just saunter down Bramall Lane unaccompanied afterwards? There was always going to be issues. Saw about 75 coppers escorting 10 fans to the game but none within about 500 yards when it inevitably kicked off. Is this what we pay them for? Lots of young kids and old timers about getting caught up in it all. Shocking planning.

Letting opposition fans come out directly into blades fans on bramall lane is crazy, been going on for years, leave them in the ground for 15 minutes till lane is relatively empty then bring them out, police are hopeless at organising at matches

Guys, Guys, Guys, give SYP a break, they're new to this policing thing and how were they to know that Millwall, a traditional family club with zero history of trouble in the last 50 years, would want to be in amongst / involved / starting / finishing any trouble. Even in the last 10 years, Millwall would definitely be the last club to consider trouble or even making their away game at the lane their "flag day" or whatever they call it...

But even if Millwall had any reputation of violence, do you think that this would take priority for SYP over online wokery? I think not.
