Rob Hulse

Maybe I've missed something, and if I have please let me know - Rob Hulse was the only first team player not present at the Open Day on Sunday.

Should I be reading more into this with his history with Bryan Robson, plus the fact Robbo is very good at keeping cards to his chest about transfers, it just seemed really strange to me that one of the icon's of last season was particularly conspicuous by his absence?

Im certainly doubting Rob Hulses place at the club now Beattie has signed.

If Beattie hits the ground running by the time Hulse is back from injury he could struggle to see the 1st team. Also the Horse seems to be still here and dosnt look like he is going anywhere soon.

Hulse isn't due to kick a ball until October apparently, so I can't see him having any impact at all before Christmas. We may see a rotation system after Christmas but I think if Beattie is scoring goals and we're doing well there's no point rushing Hulse back.
