An allegation of Clinical Negligence which has probably wrecked a players career. is a serious thing to say. I'd like to know the precise nature of it. RND's legal reps. the clubs insurers and the PFA may, or rather should. be similarly interested.

He was a solid, defensive Championship left back before he got injured but he was never anything outstanding, simply a decent pro who could do a job.

Hopefully he can get himself on track but he's not someone we want to be chucking in again based on his last performance and is better off rebuilding himself elsewhere.

I'd love to see him revive his career down there. I've said it on here before on other threads, but seeing him go down hurt at Luton in the Prem was just heart breaking. Hopefully, a move out of the spotlight for a while will do him good.
It was Coventry Tuesday nigh Hecky promo
season

RND has had awful luck with injuries and I hope he can go on to have a decent career. The stick he got at the Lane whilst playing out of position a few weeks ago was overwhelming harsh
No, it was deserved for an absolutely shocking performance from someone on what can only be described as a fortune when compared to those paying to watch him.

Im 42, unfit and not very good at football... and I'd still have done better.

Praise when praise is due, slate when slating is due.

I disagree. Let's say your a surgeon and you specialise in cardiac surgery. The hospital is short staffed and your asked to give a hip replacement a go. Would it be fair to expect you to perform as well as an Orthopaedic surgeon? Of course not.

I appreciate it's an odd analogy 🤣

He was poor vs Bristol and isnt the player he once was but he didn't deserve the "slating" to that degree. He stepped when Robbo had reportedly put in a transfer request and there was no other option.

GLTTL ⚔️

Same could be said for playing Cannon as a winger

Easy to get caught up in recency bias.

Rhys was a more than capable Championship left back or left wing back, had a good engine on him and had broken into the Wales team.

It was cruel his injury as it robbed him of the wonderful experience of a World Cup. Hopefully he does get a chance to play in one.

The human in me, rather than the selfish football fan is pleased we sorted him out for three years. Hope it gives him security and he gets over his injury. If he got back to his prior levels, he’s arguably better than McCallum.

Bad injury whilst working for us and it’s taken time to get back. One poor showing, played out of position in a chaotic opening game shouldn’t erase his solid efforts in that promotion season.

A big GLTTL 💪

Luke this is what is absolutely laughable. If a couple of months ago someone had said we had sides like Wrexham and QPR willing to pay money to sign Moore, Robinson and RND every single one of us would have been starting our cars up.

Now we are having to keep them because we haven't brought anyone in. I believe RND is under contract to 2027, hes clearly not good enough and is injury prone yet we can't let him go!!!
Agreed, it's absolutely laughable. Why is it that everyone except the United hierarchy (no matter who they are) can see the wood from the trees?

RND is just not up to the standard required full stop, and the other two should be no more than squad players and back up for the first XI.

We've all known since the final whistle at Wembley in May, that we desperately need a new Striker and CB (and that's before Anel left), why is it we are now scrambling to make panic signings in the last days of the window?

So frustrating!
