The thing I liked about the ball he played down the line last night was that he actually had the nous to hit a % ball in the last minute of the game. So often in the past we’d have been happy to play the clock down, but that ball gave us the chance to attack and it yielded a goal.

If he was just clearing the ball surely he would have hoofed it into the stands allowing team to regroup and play the clock down, no! 8 seconds later it’s 1-0

His best performance for us the other night. Commentators (SUTV) were constantly saying how good his battle with their right back, Sorinola was. That Sorinola would be a decent shout if ever we lose Bogle/Baldock. They snapped him up from MK Dons this summer.

playing it and directing it into the channels late on when the home team are pushing you back is more effective than a hoof tbh and it was more about Brewster's desire for me
