We've just about exhausted everyway of losing at Wembley now.
We had Sunderland just where we wanted them and as the story of our season has told we couldn't put them to bed.
Loads of games like this where we have struggled to get over the line that 2nd goal to kill games just doesn't happen ( ok Var killed it )
I-0 ,2-1thats us this season in a nut shell ! Blame Wilder if you like but we set it up really well and just not good enough in the final third (story of our season).
We get edgy as 1-0 is never going to give you an easy ride and sure enough we threw it away.
Don't like picking on players but Moore set them up for the 2nd! Not for the first time he has cost us a goal giving it away as we try to move forward.
They found him a handful today and struggled against him in the air ! we just didn't finish any of the battles he won(I've called him a donkey before and that stands) he still had the better of there centre backs and then the cardinal sin of giving it away deep in our half..
Story of our season told again in the final match of our season.
Rinse and return we go again next season ! A tougher league awaits next season though looking at it.

What pisses me off is in our previous 2 games against Bristol we go 1-0 up and go for the 2nd & then the 3rd

Yesterday we sat back, when we were in shape looked strong, but got caught outta shape twice and that what happens

Can’t help but think an orchestra plays to the pace of the conductor - not calling for him to be sacked, but we should be assessing who’s out there and could they bring fresh ideas in - wilder is scarred, time for new blood?

Right about the scarring but! Too a man we all are .!
Can't see the owners throwing a packet at it so I think Wilder will be given the green light to go again! That's if he's up for it.The stress he must absorb managing the club he loves must interfere with his home life ! He must have an understanding wife..

Agree mate

Sometimes wonder tho if that’s part of the problem, professional detachment?

Is it possible to be too invested?

Pep buys Grealish for £100m wins CL then hardly plays
Fergie was ruthless with Keane, Stam, Becks

Yet here we are starting a final with JLT and brewdog 😂

Yes that’s 3 bad psychological scars he carries, and it’s ’his Club’ definitely a crossroads moment
