So, the emergency loan window closes this week.
Alcock is our only specialist right back and our main cover Ben Davies is injured.
If Alcock were to get injured or suspended between now and January, who would play right back?
Flynn played there once in pre-season. Would he be strong enough defensively? More height lost at set pieces.
McEveley can play centre back and left back. Would he be the best bet at right back? Even though he's left footed? Not much chance of him getting forward and overlapping?
Who else? McGahey? Collins? Kennedy?
Obviously, a striker is clearly the main priority for this week but it seems to me, we're also a little exposed in this position and we could really do with bring someone in for the next month or so, until Davies is available again.
