Brewster was "perfect fit" for them according to Nixon in terms of price etc. They were looking at Benrahma and it's been said they want someone who can play out wide or up top, and if reports are saying Liverpool could get £50m it stands to reason that Shaqiri must be about £25m too, so I'm fully calling Shaqiri to Palace. Maybe even announced tomorrow

Relative neck on the line time, tomorrow will see Shaq to Palace and Rhian announced as a Blade at long, long, long, long, long, long, long last.

(anyway I'd better go as I'm hiding under the Bettis' bed and I think they can see the light from my phone)

A Palace fan who claims to be 'in the know' still thinks they will get Brewster.

I heard he’s a palace fan but I’ve not got any real confirmation or source. Sure I’ve heard it somewhere in recent weeks though.

Yeah its one of those ive been hearing too, without ever really knowing where it came from. This is the Brewster thread though, confirmed reports are not welcome here ;)
 

Real shame they moved the travellers off the hill as Rhian could have got himself a cheap "trailer" there allowing him to save up for a luxury terraced house on Merseyside when he's inevitably recalled.

I think its fake about him being spotted the photograph Doesnt legit to me , Wilder looks angry and i dont think rhian would turn up to shirecliffe with a LFC jacket on , plus hes in a stadium and they are too far apart (have they fell ahhht already) and the player clearly isnt listening to wilder with them earbuds in , reyt attitude ?

Andwhats that big line between them , i thought we were an accepting club but the barriers are up already doesnt give a great first impression does it pfffttttttttttttttttttttttt

6 hours to get him in in time to play Arsenal. Will we do it?

He’s a London lad, has anyone told him we’re going there on Monday? He can call into his mum’s on his way to the Emirates if that would be a deal sweetener.

Will LudlamBlade be forced to watch the match from Bettis’ wardrobe? How will he celebrate quietly if we score our first goal of the season? Will we actually score a goal this season if we don’t get Brewster?

What a time to be a Blade. Gulp.
