I know this will shock regular readers of The Star, but the headline's claims about an "important statement" being "issued" are actually highly misleading. Hecky responded to a question about Arblaster potentially going out on loan now that Berge seems to be fit again by saying something like "yeah possibly but there's no harm in developing players at the club and our injury crisis shows that you might sometimes need to bring players back from loans as cover." That's the "important statement."
