Derek Geary is poised to return to action for United's second string on Tuesday evening, when they face Walsall in the totesport.com league at the Banks Stadium, kick-off 7pm.

Mihkel Aksalu will again start in goal, whilst Jonathan Fortune and Matthew Lowton will be looking for a competent performance at the heart of the Blades defence, with trialists Frank Danquah and Bryan Hughes also penciled in for a game.

United lost 3-0 against leaders Derby County last week, but they will be looking to build on the positives from that performance against the Saddlers.

Did anyone go last night? If so, how did Aksalu fair, and for that matter, how did the new lad from Newcastle (Danquah?) do? I hear he is a tall, quite fast player, with a bit of strength, but very raw - is that accurate?
