Have you checked the Land Registry yet or are you talking bollocks again?

1. Why do you ask?

2. I would guess it's owned by SUFC Plc. Given that Kevin McCabe owns 75%+ of SUFC Plc shares that would make KM the owner through SUFC Plc.

If that is the case, we are thankfully in safe hands.:)

Were you not here when BB raised this before? We had an entertaining half hour where it was pointed out that the owner of the Lane would be registered at the Land Registry and that if BB checked the LL he could satisfy himself that SUFC not KM did own the Lane.

BB responded by hinting darkly that the system didn't always work like that and it was pointed out to him that if any transfer of the BL freehold had been made to KM without being registered at the LR, it would be null and void anyway.

BB continued to suggest that, despite what the law says, it would be possible for KM to own the BL freehold and not register at the LR, when we all gave up and wondered what planet BB was living on.

Please enlighten me.

99% of the people on here think you are an attention seeking bullshitter. Prove us all wrong. Tell us how the freehold of BL could have been legally transferred from SUFC to KM without it being registered at the Land Registry. You can transform your image in the space of a few minutes. Why not do it?

In fact, I am prepared to bet you £50 that SUFC are the legal owners of BL. If you know any different, here's the chance for you to make some easy money

t'old bb, he's not a reight good fisherman is he. I bet the only nibbles he gets these days are from his gert ;-)

1 - McCabe or SUFC. Or as someone else points out McCabe through owning SUFC.

2 - He probably makes a bit of cash.

Im sorry for my naivity but so what if McCabe owns it and so what if he rents it out??
