Huddersfield Town v Sheffield United
ROGER EAST
Harry Lennard and Matthew Wilkes
Fourth Official Danny McDermid
Reserve Assistant Referee Mark Scholes

The referee who is usually the highest marked outside the Select Group normally gets the League One final. Championship is done by a Select League referee (hence Howard Webb at the Blackpool game today).

Roger East has refereed us once this season, the 2-0 win at Bournemouth. He has also had Huddersfield once, their 2-0 defeat at Charlton. He has issued at least one yellow card in every game this season, except the very first game of the season and 6 Red, including 2 in the West Ham v Portsmouth game (4-3).

Before this season, only had us once before, last seasons 0-1 home defeat to Derby.

He did last weeks FA Vase final and is in line for promotion to the SG next season.

Craig Pawson from Sheffield has been appointed to the League Two final. Craig is also in line for promotion at the end of the season.

Never heard of him, and fingers crossed I hope it stays that way. I rememeber Bennett ( I think ) reffing us V Wolves and never hearing of him, what a banker he was that day. Unfortunately I think the coverage somtimes takes over, and they want the limelight. Hopefully that wont be the case.
