Re-build the Kop

Fair enough if the foundations are fine, i'm also fairly sceptical that after perhaps 20 years, that the foundations would still be ok for the extra weight, there must be some degradation of the foundations. But thats just an assumption.

Actually the foundations for the kop have never been sound, the top corner towards the south stand has sunk if you sit up there and look across the seat tops you can see the dip.
