Hi Blades, we are likely going to get an opportunity to speak to Rubén Sellés over the next couple of days. Just wondered, what are the topics you would like to be discussed? All (serious) suggestions are much appreciated.

I did laugh at the save our pigs comment but overall I think radio Sheffield do a really good job.

Obvious question is what is the budget after today's article saying from football league world saying it's loans and frees. Is he able to reinvest the Souza deal for example. And when are the next incomings likely.

He won’t answer any of those with any sort of clarity.

1. Does he expect any further academy players to make the 1st team this season given his history of doing so at Reading.
2. Is there an option at all on Bindon
3. Are we expecting loan signings to be back weighted in the transfer window like under previous owner/managers

Ask Selles where all the directors are and have they contracted laryngitis? 😁

On a serious note, can you ask Selles what his remit is from the board?

Is the priority promotion? Or is to reduce overheads? By that I mean is it all linked to reducing high cost signings in favour of utilising the academy, as that appears to be where the board are focusing their attention, bringing in data led youngsters from obscure leagues and signing numerous other youngsters on pro contracts from the academy? Currently there seems to be a larger emphasis on the longer term than the present (although admittedly it’s still early July)

What culture do you expect to instil in United? On and off the pitch. And how does that translate into a club identity on and off the pitch?

What does he think of fans who take Football League World articles seriously?

Is promotion a long term aim more than short term. Are there academyplayers in line behind Peck.Brooks for the new season
