So where have they gone. I always have a Pie at the match and the ones they were selling on Saturday were shite. Other than that, what a great day and was great to be back in my seat.

How much is a pie these days? Have they gone up this season? Do they still have chicken balti?

Long time since I've had one.

We've got Wright's pies now.

Wright's chicken Balti pies cooked properly are one of the nicest pies you can have, assuming we get the ones you can buy in a shop, not some weird football ground version. They're a quid in a shop though so I'll stick to that.

I had the steak and ale pie too . Not bad but still prefer the pukka pies . 3.80 I think

Whatever the new ones are I think they’re better than Pukka pies.

For a club famous for singing about chip butties, we don't half sell some fucking shit chips. Makes me sad just to look at them.

Many years ago in John Street, ordered the boy a chip butty, came without a bread cake, because “they are still frozen”. - I’ll have a hot dog instead then - “What about the chips” - Meh.

They can fuck off, there’s no way they’re having my chip and pin details for a fake pie. 🤣

Felt sorry for the fella who'd been at the snack bar who missed the goal, walking back down the kop with his kids, paid about 12quid for three trays of chips and missed lunnys goal. He had face on reyt

Sure I read a press release thing about us getting a new pie provider. Can't find it now.

Maybe I imagined it.

Similar story for me, lad wanted a sausage roll, paid 2:80 for it and it was like something out of tutankhamens tomb, it disintegrated when he picked it up and ended up covered in the pastry..

Is it just me, but is every single person working behind those counters wishing they were dead instead of serving, the food is not the worst problem, people who serve food (and I have) need to want to do it well and this lot, all of them don't care one bit how long it takes them.. maybe why we've gone contactless.

Based on last year's carry on, just won't be bothering this season.
