Going by his picture, he looks like a spotty little kid, I assume if he causes trouble in town it is either because:-

a) he has a load of mates with him, as back up

or

b) he picks on people younger/smaller

I would imagine in a one-on-one situation, with someone who can look after themselves, he would get his arse handed to him.
