At times the information provided by the club can be a joke. Numerous times on the score board they have posted wrong dates etc for matches, and printed the wrong information in the programme. Got my ticket and travel for Spurs away paying £15 for the away blade travel, when I noticed in Saturday's programme away blade travel for 'Season Ticket/Membership Card holders' is £10 (I am a membership card holder). Upon emailing the ticket office I revived a reply stating this price was only for ST holders. So my question is how is it so hard to print and publicise accurate information without the need for copying and pasting without having someone proof reading?
The PR is sometimes absolutely amateur, but then we have people like Rooks who clearly work their arse off to cater someone's every need. Why is it so hard to have a consistent, easy to use service when we're the ones handing over our money?
