He might the sort that Hecky is referring to re becoming available at the end of the window and the club being in a position to react. I think we will sit tight now until the end of the window to see what else drops and save what we have left in the budget for such an opportunity. Davis might be one that we pursue later in the window and I think we have the coin left for one more signing.

We have a striker who doesn't score any goals so it's an improvement. As much as I'd love to bring him in, he doesn't score many goals.
He's now gone back on that and said the budget's gone on McAtee.
We will only make signings if we generate income from outgoings.
It would be the cherry’s, the sprinkles and the fucking singalong. Would make this window a 11/10. Best ever Blades windowBe icing on the cake that one.
We have a lot of strikers who are likely to have no impact or be injured...however none of them are unplayable. On his day he's unplayable. However, he's equally likely to have no impact or be injured.
Any loan would need guaranteed first team football and we can't offer him that.
His goal stats are also fairly terrible. And we have too many attackers to carry someone.
I'd prefer Swansea to take McBurnie, seeing as they love each other so much!We have a lot of strikers who are likely to have no impact or be injured...however none of them are unplayable.
Davis would be a massive upgrade for us, how about trying to shift Brewster and bringing him in?
For whatever reason it just doesnt look like Brewster is going to work out for us. Maybe Swansea would take him on loan and we use the wage saving to bring Davis in ?
Probably unrealistic but I'm sure some club would take a gamble on Brewster and it might benefit him to start afresh somewhere else.
I didn’t see Davis being that good at Forest. If he is as good as some think, first Villa would keep him and second he would already have gone out on loanWe have a lot of strikers who are likely to have no impact or be injured...however none of them are unplayable.

F*ck.
It looks like they're hopefully losing Sarr & Pedro (Leeds) & Dennis (Forest).
But in Choudhury and Davis they've probably made the two signings I think we most needed. Be interesting to see how they do over the course.
Still think it leaves them a bit light up front, losing 3 and replacing 1, still think they'll be in for another wide forward.True, hopefully all those deals go through.
Choudhury and Davis are two strong signings at Championship level though. Would have loved us to get them.
