How long have u supported the Blades? I’d say ‘victim complex’ is a bit strong but there’s plenty of shit weve had to stomach to feel ‘hard done by’ imo

Around 35 years so far. All clubs have perceived misfortune, we just seem to wallow in it more than most.

I suspect that I have a good reason to hate Wrexham. Friend and I woke up in a static caravan in the middle of WeIsh nowhere the day after a league game in the early 80s. Fortunately, neither of us had a memory of the previous 12 hours.

I think they hate us more. It started with those two Cup ties. They were aggrieved for some reason with the 3.3 then brought 5,000 to the Lane for the replay fully believing they were going to cause an upset. And we battered them. I dislike them. It doesn't help with Moore playing for them either. We're above them in the table so it's not the case that they've kicked on and we've gone backwards. I fancy our chances above theirs for a top 8 finish in spite of everything. I notice they're not impressed with COH. And Norwich fans are not impressed with Brooks according to another View From. I can't say we miss either player. Brooks still has potential but it's an open question as to how far he'll go. There's a question mark over his attitude/temperament. But 'we hate Wrexham'? They're not worth it.

And he once spent all the match stood near me at Wrexham in 1979, in the snow in only his socks, as the cops had taken his Doc Martens off him getting into the ground. And we lost 4-0! (Blades who complain about the team these days ought to have been around then!)

I'll amend that to 1979 after reading that on the Gary Mitchell thread.
My dislike springs from that match.
