ONE TO GO

Cheers for all of these, Andrew. Thank God we are at the end.

Christ..!! imagine being a supporter of a club like this ?...they have a squad of top class players and will probably finish 5th...yet they sound more like they have had our season . Don't understand the new Premiership type mentality that says you can NEVER have a poor season ? , it makes no sense . And they most certainly haven't had a poor season for God's sake !. Also Burnley didn't smash us , and it took Spurs 120 mins to get past the so called worst team ever no matter how you paint it. Poor deprived southern Softies......:D.

Honestly I don't understand it either. One of my mates is Spurs and he too acts like every game is a nailed on loss. If you had no idea of the Prem table standings a chat with him would have you believing they're in a relegation scrap.

Personally I think there's a slight inferiority complex going on. Sort of like they know they're unlikely to ever truly stack up to Arsenal standards but also with the success Chelsea had not so long ago too they may feel a bit like the lesser loved and appreciated sibling.

Cheers for putting in the hard graft this season Roygbiv !

This one made me laugh I must admit! 😆 At least one Spud with an iota of humour.

"This lot are shit, from back to front, proper no hopers, they’ve put some of the worst performances in I’ve ever seen this season. And Sheffield United haven’t been much better either lol.”

Bunch of entitled cunts. Hope we win in a scrappy 1-0
Maybe they are - but those comments represent how we are viewed by the majority of teams’ supporters.

We are a disgrace - wish the Owner would read some of this .

These comments should be plastered around our stadium for him to see

Thanks Roy. Looking forward to next season with more positivity 👍

C'mon Chelski, beat these two hats to 5th spot 🤣

1-0 Blades and 1-0 Chelski will make my weekend after reading those comments, but we all know how it's likely to end up 😭

It's a funny one tbh. When we concede, the flood gates open. But we should have beaten Forest, Burnley, Luton, Fulham, Bournemouth, all since Christmas. We threw those wins away. We'd be 13 points better off and in a last day battle for survival.

Meh. Spurs aren't that much more relevant than the rest of the Premier League also-rans. They are now well behind City, Man Utd, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea and Newcastle in the relevance stakes. They are basically Villa South with a nice new ground

They'll win comfortably because we are absolute fucking garbage. But they'll still be much closer to United in relevance than they are any of the actual big clubs 🤷‍♂️

I'm not sure how you think our owner would see them if they were plastered around our stadium?

Oh .......and thanks again Roy for all your hard work this season. Its been painful, but the views of the fans of other clubs are always interesting - many arrogant beyond belief, but others quite perceptive and the occasional one very amusing. I hope you get to enjoy it more next season!

The kind of soft as shit London side where if we were half respectable we’d beat at home. This season, with this team and manager though it’s more about keeping the score down so people don’t leave before the send off for Basham, Norwood and Baldock.

Thanks Roy. It's finally (nearly) over at last. I'll echo the other comments by saying how much it's been appreciated again over the course of the season, even though it's been a hard read at times!
Just the sort of comments I expected from Spurs fans to be fair. The sort that you get from the supporters of a team that will always perpetually be "the 5th best team in the entire country".

I understand you saying they are behind City, Man Utd, Liverpool, Arsenal, and Chelsea. But to say they are less relevant than Newcastle is downright wrong. Newcastle have had one 4th place finish in the past 18-19 years. Tottenham was in the final of the Champions League 5 years ago. For all the comments Tottenham get for not winning a trophy since 2008, Newcastle haven't won a single major trophy since 1955.

Rich owners doesn't mean you a more relevant club. Stoke City have some of the richest owners in all of the world, but that doesn't mean they are more relevant than Tottenham. Tottenham generate more money than every single English club other than Man City, Man United, and Liverpool, and are overall 8th in the world for revenue generation.

Newcastle won Inter City Fairs Cup in 1969 but I do agree with you.
