"Vale Park might well not be a safe place for many people tomorrow, it could easily end in an apocalyptic scenario with Vale getting stuffed and fighting, arrests and injuries that will blacken the name of the club for a long. long time.

"If anyone has been stupid enough to allow away fan sales in home areas, then there will be massive repercussions as anything other than a very unlikely Vale win or creditable draw will see those areas outpouring anger and annoyabnce anyway. Add in mocking Blades fans and it could be horrific.

Burslem town centre could also see nasty clashes between Vale and Blades fans, Vale and the police or even Blades fans and the police.

Stoke do not have a game and it would not surprise me if some of their fans came up and joined in trouble or even promoted and caused it.

I hope I am totally wrong, but fear a very bad day."

I think he needs to get out more.
" Apocalyptic ". Talk about being over dramatic! :D

I remember going there for the first time with my grandad in the early 70's when I was a nipper. Don't remember much about it apart from the lasting memory of how shit it was around the ground.

It hasn't changed much since

One of the bleakest places I've EVER visited. And that includes the favela towns in Rio de Janeiro and the slums of Mumbai.

Never been to Rio but spent almost a year in Mumbai and Goa. Burslem might be worse than Mumbai (almost certainly as Mumbai has Ocean Drive and the beach) but I guess the good folk of Staffordshire don't line up down the railway line in their thousands to take their morning dump in full view of the passing commuters. The stench in the main station in Mumbai in the morning has to be experienced to be believed! :)

You know what's funny?

There will be a bigger police presence at MK Dons than Port Vale.

And the presence at Vale would be more than enough for MK even if we took 15,000.

Port Fail fans are of the Grimsby Town school of hooliganism, i.e cause bother then scarper like fuck behind the police when they can't handle the retaliation. And worry not, they'll be plenty there to retaliate tomorrow.

It's only the march to the league championship that has convinced me to go back to Burslem, it truly is the most depressing shithole I have ever visited by some distance. A smackhead-laden, dingle ridden backwater that makes Aleppo look like fucking Venice.

Plus they're the only club in Western Europe that won't appoint a black manager for fear of the reaction of their fans, which just about sums them up.

But apart from all that, it's a lovely day out........ ;)

'Kin hell you'd think that Trump, Putin and Assad were marching on The Potteries,

ditto.. so much so i actually felt a bit sorry for them.. it really is a dump.. Wilder will not take his foot off the gas.. no chance.

Port Vale wanted a twinning ceremony with Mordor, but the chief orc in Mordor said that he couldn't see why a depraved, evil and generally shitty place would want to be twinned with nice place like Mordor.

Burslem is in actuality twinned with Mogadishu, which has lent the Midlands township money, teachers, social workers and the technology to introduce running water in a bid to bring Burslem near 3rd World Country standards. Sadly this has so far proved to be a pointless effort.

Haven't been since the early eighties and I'm away for this one but you've summed them cunts up perfect there Tyler.

Think Port Vale are worst than Millwall . At least Millwall do have some respect for The Blades .

Port Vale are in a time warp . Popping in to Jonathan Silvers to buy me clobber for the match .
To put Vale anywhere near Millwall can't stop laughing

"They haven’t been fantastic on the road recently."
He's right, we are only unbeaten away since January 14th. And before that August 20th. Nurse get the travel sickness medicine!
He's either a thick fucker or he's got us confused with that other SUFC (Scunny)

Vale fans have never forgiven us for pipping them to promotion in the 88-89 season. Since then we've been on their 'most hated' list.

I've no idea why some team's fans seem to hold a grudge against us for so long, Forest and the Tractor boys are the same. Jees if we made a hit list of teams that had put one over on us at the end of a season, we'd hate half the football league. ;)

I do ;)

I d
Only half?
I hate every motherfucking cunting outfit outside S2.

I don't mind Crewe. Or Southampton. Lincoln have never done anything to annoy me and they let us have Golden Glenn for a snip. I quite like Wolves's kit. Torquay and Exeter have never done anything that I can remember being pissed off about. I could go on
