You may have made your post I referred to tongue in cheek but how is anyone soused to know if you are being serious or not, I apologise if you were not being serious but you do get some morons who go to games looking for trouble especially when the team their club are playing really wound up them up last time round.

Perhaps before jumping on a forum and having a go at someone for your first ever post you should spend a while just reading and watching, then introduce yourself nicely, then get a feel of the overall tone of the place, before starting with a few posts that have a fairly neutral tone, then, and only then, get into a bit of a spat with someone on something you feel strongly about.
You're not the only one, by far, but what I've just written is basic common sense, surely.

I have a friend who got beaten up badly and stabbed at a game once and he has never fully recovered and when I read that post it just brought it all back and instead of just checking things first and waiting to see what else was posted, taking my time, as you rightly stated I should have done, I just jumped in with both feet. Everybody knows that United fans randomly punch three year olds in the kidneys. Sheffield Wednesday fans have monopolized pages of the Stir for years with those stories.

Also, its very strange, but every time a Sheffield United fan throws a missile, and I mean EVERY TIME, it always hits a three year old, or a 90 year old, or an old woman or a disabled person.

It's because United fans obviously buy those more expensive flares and missiles with the special "vulnerable seeking guidance chip" specially designed to take out the weak and defenceless
