“I give up if we can’t beat this shower!”

“I have a feeling you might be giving up then…I can’t see us beating these”

i love these 2 Leicester fans 😄

“Just play 10 men. No point playing Luke Thomas.”

i think this is from our forum in 22/23

Genuinely one of the funniest view from I’ve seen for a while

Suprised by the extreme negativity but having just looked at their squad I am quietly confident we can get a win, especially with our improved defensive capabilities. A few years ago Ayew, Decordova-Reid and Daka were all scoring goals in the prem but by my count they've registered 4 goals between them this season. If we can stop the wingers it could be a good day

A month ago I would have put my house on a home win, now though, any possible result or scoreline is on the table, I suppose thats progress

As an aside, I am glad Leicester fans are pissed off. I remember a train journey from London, for the 2-1 PL defeat under Wilder in our first season back. Four Leicester fans got on, and for the remainder of the journey to Sheffield I listened to their drivel. They figured they had broken the glass ceiling and were part of the big six. Their prediction was they would finish second to City and above Liverpool, then regain the league the following season. Utter delusions of grandeur. Fair crack, they won the league and won the cup, but their day in the sun is over.

Pretty much sums up the mood there, my foxes mate rang last night and I've noticed his swagger about being EPL winners is slowly moving into the past ( that's the thing with foxes fans they're mostly well grounded and you very rarely hear one complain about belonging in the EPL ) .
He's really not happy with the manager at the moment says like us last season the football is turgid and apart from the odd really exceptional player, they're pretty ordinary.

Cheers roy

S6 levels of delusion.

Please assure me that we aren't the odd ones out, with our standard 'glass nine tenths empty', viewpoint.

My best mates are all Sunderland. I met them last Friday night, they were down for the Fulham game. They were brilliantly negative!! ''We'll get beat tomorrow, then the bad run starts, sucked into a relegation battle, mags will beat us, etc. etc. ''

Refreshing to speak to fans, like us, that don't get above themselves. We all agree that the mags and pigs are cut from the same delusional cloth (a la LCFC).
