Hull City’s biggest derby of the season is actually on Saturday, against Sheffield United. The Nigel Adkins derby Fans fighting over who was shitter under Adkins.

He took us to our lowest league position in 35 years but I think he can probably beat that at 'Ull by taking them down.

I'll feel sorry for Adkins if / when he gets the boot. He may not be quite sane, but he's a decent bloke, and it sounds like he's being subjected to similar abuse at Hull as he was at the Lane. To be fair I doubt Guadiola could turn Hull into a promotion-chasing side at the moment. Avoiding relegation should be their target this season. Adkins will have a tough job returning to management if he gets the boot from Hull.

Was that ever on the cards? Would have been amazed had he gone there! I knew they were in for Johnson and liked till the last minute, but Norwood was surely never likely to join Hull.
