Youngest daughter was at Hull Uni last year and had some major problems with a bunch of cowboys called My Pad (letting agents). As a result I spent more time in Hull than I would have liked last year helping her sort stuff out.
The highlight of this process was sitting for an hour waiting to see someone at Citizens Advice. It was in the same building that deals with housing benefits etc.
Never been a big fan of zombie movies but the real thing is even less to my taste.
