Wouldn’t bank on it – sounds like most Forest fans I know. No idea how Roy’s managed to unearth the ones that sound fairly reasonable.
A routine 4-1 win? Come on B56, are you on spice?Routine win for us 4-1
I always get a laugh from Roy's View From (thanks Roy). Not just because of the bellend idiocy in the comments but some of the reactions to them as well.
And nothing more than whenever there's one from Nottingham Forest and we have to have this whole "scabs" bollocks worked over and over and over and over, for more than 30 years. Like it has any relevance.
It's not even accurate. Nottingham was a textile centre. It also had a big bike factory (can't be bothered to make a chopper joke), made cigarettes, and in a gentle irony, a very large chemists.
Those who want to get upset about a long-past industrial dispute, far more nuanced than they'd like to believe, should leave it until we play Mansfield Town.
(hint: Mansfield actually has some fucking pits)

draws :/That's fucked it then. What did you predict for Bristol and Millwall?
although i did pick phillipe gilbert for Paris Roubaix and tiger roll for the NationalI suggest you check your facts first before pontificating at length.
They scabbed TWICE in 1926 and 1984.
There was a pit by the A610 as you left the M1 at junction 26, about 3 miles from the city centre.
Still why let a few inconvenient facts spoil your Trumpesque rewriting of history.

Noted. Changed.Have you noticed that our recent decline coincides with the change to your old avatar? Just saying like.

"They" didn't "scab" in 1984. The NUM left it to local regions, as you surely know, and the Notts ones weren't the only ones who didn't want to observe it.
And there was "a pit by the A610" so that, by extension, means Nottingham Forest in supporters in 2019 should be labelled "scabs"
As for 1926, I couldn't give a fuck.
The whole chant thing is, at best, puerile. It makes me cringe with embarrassment.
Do you have a distinct personal cut off point for 'not giving a fuck' about British social history? 10 years and you're bang into it, 25 years it's 50/50, 75 years and you're losing interest and anything after that 'fuckin 'ell' why bother??
We've been referring to the (in my opinion) stupid scabs chant, which relates wholly, completely, and entirely to 1984-5. I doubt anyone except ISC even knows if the same applied in 1926 (I certainly didn't), not that it matters to this subject anyway, as there aren't many 120 year old Nottingham Forest supporters still around who might have been involved in it who we could ask about it.
what he said..That's fucked it then. What did you predict for Bristol and Millwall?
