Some positive Cov posts....

As I've mentioned before I have 3 very close mates here who are Cov fans and they're very nice people. Had a lot of expectations since the 87 FA cup win then the emotional roller-coaster of Sisu ownership and Cov city council fucking them around so understand their issues 🤔😉

You lot

I remember walking out of Bramall lane in April 2017 after losing which all but promoted you and being told - ‘you won’t see a ground like this for years’
This reminds me of arguing with my ex wife.

“I’m sorry about that throwaway remark I said 8 years ago, I genuinely don’t remember it”

You didn’t see it for years. 4.5 years.

I'm away all weekend so if we lose I'll not bother with a post match. If we win it will be on Tuesday
Good to see at least a few acknowledging that without a deduction we would be top and have earned more points thereby other team.

Yet a combined XI between SUFC and Coventry would include only 4 of ours?

“If we replicate how we played against Sunderland, we win"

Only if Sunderland play the way they did again.
Oh, hang on a minute, you're not playing Sunderland.
Daft chuff.
If we replicate how we beat the team in 4th, we should beat the team who has accumulated more points than anyone?

It doesn’t really stand up to the logic test, that one.

Hoping for some long time karma. After a drunken works night out in Cov in the 80's I rugby tackled a Millwall fan who had attacked their supporters with a metal bar and was trying to flee. Got his dues in court. If we get automatic I'd like to see Cov go up via the play off's.

You’ve not even sold out for tomorrow and it’s cheap tickets

Embarrassing, should have given us an extra allocation
There's only single and restricted view tickets left and as a result the attendance tomorrow will be more than Coventry have achieved at any point since 31,054 watched you lose 3-0 at home to Crewe in 2013.

Best run of form in 30 years and you still can't sell out the Ricoh. It's been open 20 years and there's never been a sell out. Lolololol

Really weird, taking the time to register on another fan forum just to pick a fight. Isn’t that what Twitter is for?
Takes me back to the early days of football forums. Comforting in a way. Just like slipping on an old pair of jeans.

Not our fault if the away support doesn't sell out. And we also lose capacity in keeping the supporters apart.

But yeah continue being a hero 👏 😂

Not true - It was sold out for some of the Olympic football in 2012
The biggest crowd for a club game at the Ricoh is the 32,019 who turned up for Wasps v Leicester. The second biggest is Wasps v Bath (31,626).

Well, obviously. There's no segregation.

The capacity for football with segregation is about 31,000.

Coventry have a few decent players and it's no surprise they made their way back into the top 6.

Will be nice when we decide to poach one or two of them in the summer, and there's absolutely nothing they can do about it.

I do find Coventry fans to be one of the most deluded around. They're very much the Wednesday of the Midlands. They seem to be very insecure with a massive inferiority complex - must come from living in the UK's biggest shithole and following one of the most irrelevant teams in the country.

I hope they enjoy their trip to the big city tonight though - it'll be nice for them to get out.
