It gets to this part of the season especially as we're riding high that when we play teams at the top i think, this will be a tough game, and I think exactly the same when we play teams at the bottom, cheers Roy

Rest easy Blades, their tastes are squarely towards sheep, so you can be sure of no unwelcome advances.

Another team who come 5pm on Sat will be saying - how the fk are they top? Having lost 2-1
To be fair I don't pay that much attention to the scores of the teams around us unless it's a ridiculous score line but it always amazes me the amount of sides expect a high goal hammering when we haven't done anything of the sort all season.

Similar comments as the Plymouth fans last week and I agreed with them, however although we won we all watched a crap performance, Anel back and Souza though, so odds, again, in our favour.

What they moaning abart 1925 for, they won it in 1927.
Come on Blades, stick it to e'm as present form dictates, an eloquent 0-1 will suffice.
Thank you Roy.

Thanks Roy.

Sooner or later we will actually prove oppo fans right about putting plenty past them so why not tomorrow.

Yet another set of broadly reasonable and quite amusing comments - enjoyed the 1925 reference. Is it the season of goodwill or something? Anyway, thanks once again for all your hard work, Roy, and Merry Christmas to you and yours (after your 5pm Saturday shift, of course!)

Nice one Roy!!
Hopefully top and clear for Christmas Blades!!

COYRAWW!!!

Cheers Panchero and Merry Christmas, mate!

“We’re owed a handful after December ‘77”

One of my 1st away games - we won 6-1

I owe them more than “a handful” given the kicking I (we) got leaving the ground !

I remember after the game Radio Hallam announcing the result with a follow up from the DJ

'And now's here the Tom Robinson Band with '2-4-6 United are coming home on the motorway''.
