It was £400k, there is a 'SheffieldUTube' (Youtube) video of a Q&A session where it was put directly to the owner, he asks his man and that was the answer. It's quite funny to watch goes something along the lines...'we might have got more if he'd stayed there longer but he set fire to the dressing rooms and they got rid.' (You have to watch it to get the comedy effect).
