Finished my reffing career at Brammall Lane in 1992.Morning KO when Leeds beat them 3.2 and as liverpool beat Man U 4-0 later that afternoon,it turned out to be the title decider.Only ran the line but nice to finish on a top game.

Weird

“Wasn’t keen on Wilder when he was at Oxford and Northampton, but got to like him. Went to the last away game against them, nice friendly people. A disabled girl was presented to the crowd before the game. We all joined in the round of applause for her achievement, which was only right. Her father then came on the forums thanking us. Now feel a bit of a connection to them.”

Pussy. Get her f******g kidneys punched.

Lol I would say aerial duels very weak too tbh

Some good comments on there from proper football supporters who follow their team through thick and thin a bit like us. They were out of the league in the last few years so they know all about struggling.
Can we win this well that depends on the team selected and the mind set of the players. A win here could galvanise our season. I would like Young Hackford to start. Difficult game but can see us being too strong for a determined Rovers side

Thanks Roy

Thanks Roy.

Surprisingly respectful ( or realistic) comments on the whole, despite the left field comment about Moose having no pace. They come across as proper football fans.

At least there are no comments about them giving us our first three points of the season.

I don’t see why we’re called “physical” and “organised/well-drilled”.

We shirk challenges and are regularly bullied by bigger players, and our organisation is toss.

Fair comments there. One thing they’ve missed is that if they were in the PL they’d probably have more than 2 points. We aren’t PL standard and our CB’s don’t overlap anymore.

As said realistic comments on the whole.
Believe the old, dyslectic, double 'm', and written as if, to me, Howard Wilkinson was our manager, referee must have been on scrumpy when he wrote that. Fucking HW, Ughhhhhh spew.
As to the result, I'll accept owt, then on to the next game. That's the way I see things just now.
Thank you Roy.

"Having watched Mousset at AFCB before he went to Sheff U I can say he’s absolutely useless with no pace."

Fuck me. Pace is literally his strongest asset 🤣
Is it though? He looks very slow this season

Let’s smash the fookers! Bristol fooking Rovers talking about how shite we are! Get em smashed... get this bloody season off and running!

Thanks Roy.

Good, sensible comments from football fans who know something about football.

Better than the 'head up their arse' comments we've seen from the 'football started in 1992' brigade

With all those weaknesses we should be getting smashed 6-0 every week
