You don't fancy us against anyone. There are some doom mongers on here, but you are by far the worst. You only reappeared when we were on course to become the worst PL team ever 🤣

Wrong
I arrived back on the scene when I'd served my ban for upsetting boring twonks like you that can't see the funny side of anything that takes the piss out of preshy weshy Yoooooonitdd

What did you get then, a 3 season ban?

I've no idea
I kept trying to come back on to upset people but it wouldn't let me.

Then one day not so long ago, they allowed me back.

So once again S2 has my rapier like sense of humour to enjoy

Its called bladey bladeness and we have the right to be miserable doom and gloom merchants 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Someone mentioned banana skin, could be but recon United will do it at a canter.
Thank You, Roy.

Oh f*** it's one of those chuck the towel in before a ball's been kick from the opposition fans ... spells defeat for us!!!

This is what has been so frustrating about this season with player availability.

With Mousse getting 6 goals and 4 assists in a very interrupted season in 2019/20 and McBurnie getting 6 in his debut season at this level, we should have been looking at both progressing towards double figures this term. As it is, they have a single goal between them, though Mousset can consider himself unlucky not to be credited with the one at Bristol Rovers and have massively underdelivered albeit partly through injury.

The fact McGoldrick has shown the rest of the team the way with 6 and Sharp has started to trouble the scorers now with 4, has really gone against how this season was probably expected to go.

Just goes to show you can never get too comfortable as a Unitedite!

In my opinion, Chris should tell Mousset he is getting a full 90 minutes, no ifs or buts. I feel that psychologically this might mean he doesn't start to drop off in intensity around the 60 minutes mark when he expects to come off, and this should set a precedent for the rest of his time here. Every player is expected to play 90 minutes when required as a minimum to stay at our club.

I want to see him knackered and sweating his nuts off by the end of the game... look at Jags vs. Man Utd... that's the example we need to set in terms of commitment

I read somewhere that in his English career, he’s played the full 90 minutes on three occasions, I doubt that he’ll manage that in what’s practically a comeback game.

Hope we have the paramedics on standby!
Though not sure if they will be needed most at the point Chris tells Mousse he's in for the full 90 or when he gets past 60 minutes on the night 😂

These have always been a bogey team for us.

Not really. We went 8 or so games without winning at their place at one point but other than that we've had the upper hand. Each team has won 4 of the last 8 matches.

We've played them 3 times in the FA Cup and twice in the league cup and won all 5 ties.

They ‘allowed you back’ once we had a downturn in form did they? After 4 seasons of constant positivity in which you were nowhere to be seen. Course they did.

Cheers Roy! At the risk of sounding like the worse kind of twattish, arrogant Premier League supporters (ooh, let's say for example maybe I don't know... Liverpool fans) we'll romp this won't we?
Say we will?

We’ve won 16 of the last 17 cup ties against lower league opposition. We will win this......maybe.

Unitedites are a bloody miserable and pessimistic bunch on the whole, but really Bristol is the city that has to be the most under-represented in football history. Its population is not far off Sheffield's, but City, who I think would be classed as the bigger club, have barely troubled the top flight and I think Rovers never have. I don't think either have won anything worth mentioning. I can understand their pessimism.

I was on this forum much less than four years ago and as positive as anybody else.

I'm not blind or gullible though, when things are wrong I'll say so

Cheers Royston.

Isn't it interesting to read, at the moment, that most sets of fans are in a bit of a funk about how their side are doing. It makes me wonder if anyone is feeling particularly happy with their side. Bristol City are just the latest example...
