to be fair, if we'd been relegated from the prem with the budget that accompanies it, i would expect us to beat a newly promoted team, irrespective of their points tally.
add to that the fact we haven't signed any big names, they are expecting a bunch of div 1 players - which isn't incorrect of course. However what anyone who hasn't seen us under wilder fails to know is it's the sum of all parts that count, hope their management are as dismissive, but doubt it - unfortunately!

Colchester h 07/08 drew 2-2

Twitter had a few knobhead-ish blades on yesterday slagging our following (definateley blades and not oinkers). I just don't get why people were carrying off like it because we hadn't sold out, £30 an adult £17 u18, £30 ish in fuel, bite to eat and a drink, programme, your talking for the average dad and lad £100+ for a game live on sky! Doesn't make anybody deciding to watch it on tv with a few beers any less of a fan!

Let's be right Weeds or Pigs would have sold out for it.

I went on the away-day to Boro in the Premiership season. New Years Day. Grey, cold, grim, and that's just the weather. We got tonked 3-0. I couldn't see a thing in that bloody soulless plastic bowl of a stadium. The only interesting thing was the transporter bridge.

I've nothing against their fans or anything like that - those comments show them to be a mostly balanced lot of comments with a decent amount of respect for other teams - but God above that town is a hole.

Didn't the Auf Wiedersehn Pet lads move the Transporter Bridge to Arizona?

They remind me a lot of the Blades Business Crew from the 70's and 80's .... or is my memory playing tricks with me ?
Hahahahaha, hahahahaha, hahahaha looks like a peppa pig fan club!!!!!! Hahaha.

Nice of them to notice that our loyalty points system restricts away support

Our away support has been worse since this was introduced

Too many people take too long to make their minds up, then the next batch of loyalty points fans take too long, then the next and so on

By the time any tickets go on general sale its too late, and definitely too late to ask for more

I don't know what the answer is because our loyalist fans deserve first choice, but something has to be done to speed up the sale of tickets

For me there's too much fucking about once the loyalty point requirement gets below 30,000.

After the 30,000 point is it necessary to have a further 6 days of sale from 25,000 to 2500 points before general sale?

General sale by about the 5th/6th day would speed up sale considerably.

Day 1 - 40-45,000
Day 2 - 35-40,000
Day 3 - 30,000
Day 4 - 20,000
Day 5 - 10,000
Day 6 - General sale

Nobody with enough points missing out after the 6th day could complain.

They could also incorporate something to favour those who've accumulated most points over the last few seasons - especially as they've been in L1.

Let's be right Weeds or Pigs would have sold out for it.

And we give a shit why? Listen, no extra points in this game for selling away allocations is there? My point is not everyone can afford £100 for a day out to football and even more so when it's on tv!
