Chuffing ‘ell.

Serious question is how can any reasonable journalist/analyst/presenter have come to that conclusion?

Defies belief.

The season we were promoted to the PL (2006/7) Watford were also promoted, though at the beginning of that season they were the bookies favourites for relegation...

Their Rationale was along the lines that Bolton were more used to playing an uncompromising defensive system which would earn them more points at an higher level, they thought the all out attacking style we played last season would leave us wide open to conceding bucket loads in The Championship so we would have to change and would take us longer to adapt.
How the hell they thought that Bolton were better prepared than us is beyond belief when we beat them by such a big margin however I do agree to a point regarding our style of play last season and I have to admit I was slightly concerned we could get a good hiding when playing the likes of Sunderland, Derby wolves etc, how wrong I was to be concerned, onwards and definitely upwards

You can bet this game will be a damned sight harder for us than these whinging Trotters are claiming.
Chris's biggest task tomorrow is to eliminate complacency and pick a side to defend high balls when necessary. And don't give away free kicks / corners , as has been said already.

Bolton have scored 23 goals this season, 11 from set pieces (48%), a league high.

So Chris, where do you think Bolton's main threat is and how do you see overcoming it?

Hello Roy,
Thanks ever so much for taking the time to do this.
I enjoyed reading the opinions of tomorrow's opposition supporters and would like to wish you a very nice rest of the evening and a good night's sleep.

They went all of last year without winning away?

I'm calling bullshit on that one...
I think he is meaning in the Championship when he says havn't won away since 2015, seeing as they won at Port Vale late last season.

Cheers Roy. "Overrated"? Hmmm............I'd take a bit of a look at the league table if I was them.

Well we haven't won away in the Premier League in 10 years.

A completely meaningless statistic.
