People who write crap like this are just trying to deflect attention from their own deficiencies:

Bolton have never won the top flight division we have won it once

Bolton have won the FA Cup 4 times we have also won it 4 times

Their stadium capacity is 28,723 ours is 32,702

Their average crowd is 13,827 this season ours is 19,407

So that's 3-0 to us fella .... go blow yourself

Next time you feel threatened by a team don't try and deflect attention by bringing up a completely unrelated argument just to hide your own problems.
 
I started reading and though the usual; wednesdays been here stirring it up but then more comments in the same vein and more and more. That is the closest read to actually having a load of the noisy neighbours comment on us! And for any Bolton fans looking in, that is not a compliment.

So you don't like us, well not many do. We couldn't give a toss. We hate Wednesday, dislike Forest, Leeds, West Ham. The feelings mutual with those teams.

I think a lot of clubs suffer when they don't have a proper arch rival who hates them as much as they do. You're in this malaise where you've got to construct random rivalries. See Oldham, Reading, Barnsley, and now Bolton. Ooh I really hate Sheff U. Ooh I'll write an article to wind them up.

No one cares lads, we're an underachieving, unfashionable, inner city club. We hardly crow about our crowds. We don't even crow about our city's founding role in the game of football itself. We're generally a bit crap and we know it. All fire and brimstone, bravado and aggravation, euphoria and despair. The match with Bolton is a footnote until the next time I take the piss out of a pig, or a Leeds fan winds me up and I bite.

And Bramall Lane IS a proper football ground, not one bathed with any success, but one full of history, full of passion and the antithesis of that soulless hellhole at Jct 76 of some Motorway no one has heard of.

So UTB. Now, forever, always.

Reading between the lines, I don't think they like us ;)

Think some single one individual probably mentioned our attendances and all of a sudden they have us on a par for 'massive' delusion owned and patented by the nut jobs over on North Korea talk.

Love how the pig fan makes the comments about how we give away hundreds of tickets and we all get in on kids tickets. It really is sooo important for them that everybody recognises them as the big club in Sheffield.

I've no idea how many tickets we give away but I seriously doubt it's in the several hundred every single game.

I do know that some individuals do get in on kids tickets. Again, I doubt it's a significant amount, and if I knew someone doing it, I'd shop them. As far as I'm concerned they're robbing our club.

...and don't they have automated turnstiles at the rust bucket? If it goes on at the Lane, you can be sure it does there.

Still not bothered about the cup, but I've taken a real dislike for the Bolton fans so I hope we stuff 'em.

I always quite liked Bolton Wanderers. My first away match was at Burnden Park. As a very young child I remember almost looking up at the pitch which was raised up compared to the level I was sat at.

We lost 3-1 (I think). Keith Edwards got kicked in the head scoring our consolation.

Blades fans around me kicked off and started ripping out the seats and chucking them on the pitch, and I remember my dad covering my head with his arms to protect me from the missiles...

Actually, thinking about it that's bot the best memory! After all the shit they've written, Fuck em. Hope we batter em.

If not, there's always the seats to play with.
 
Parkinson always fails to get a team promoted from this Division after having a good start, those one nil wins will start to turn into one one draws and two one defeats soon.

Love a cup run as much as the next man but we're down 3 centre halves and I'd much rather focus on the league.

I won't be crying into my Sunday brunch if we lose this one.
