Coming back from Manchester last night.

Train jam packed with Blades in great spirits. No trouble just great banter and singing all the way home. Credit to our club.

And when I left the train at Dore, along with several others, they gave us a chorus of, “Dore & Totley...we’re so posh it’s unbelievable!”.

I chuckled all the way home to my maisonette in Lowedges.:D

Yeah right 😂😂, chuckled in the taxi to your mansion in Ranmoor, thinking Dore & Totley ain’t posh

Jam packed like sardines, could’ve had a few more carriages
The lads singing David McGoldrick song to the tune of Coldplay for 20 mins sounding like 13 year olds whose voices just broke while pissed up were funny, for a while 🤣🤣

Got on and then got off as I was busting for a piss and thought I'm not getting one on here and can't hold out for a hour 🤣

Back to the 60's. An old style chara return from Worksop. A brown 10 bob note got you a return trip to the Lane, standing ticket on the kop.
Dropped off in a leafy Victorian suburb, then walked home to my 50's council estate. Thruppenny chips with fish bits if we had a 3 o'clock kick off.
Checking the paper shop for a Green 'Un.
