Praise for the ticket office!

All advertisments are hidden for logged in members, why not log in/register?

I fired an email off last night around midnight trying to get in before the mad rush (got a couple of loyalty numbers I needed to check.)

Despite the power cut and the rush, I've had an email from Lucy at the ticket office timed at 15:00.

They must be slogging their guts out in that office... but bravo to them. In the past, they would have just ignored it.
 

Just emailed them earlier too at about 6.45 within the hour they got back to me via email regarding points. Top class!
 
I think, understandably, the online ticket office is down!
 
yep the ticket office were promt in an e-mail reply for me today.well done.
 
Did sent an email yesterdaymorning around 8am, no reply untill now, but, I know they are busy, in general never had problems with ticketoffice, always served me well.
 
I emailed them yesterday morning and got a reply yesterday afternoon, very impressed and to be fair to them they must be fielding thousand of such emails and calls. They haven't got an easy job at the moment. They have had to devise a system that is fair to the majority, of course the minority aren't happy because their friend who is a life long blade but never gows to the games cant get a ticket before someone who attends most matches and has collected the points.
