Heard its been doctored that photo or so warnock said on talksport this am

Last time I saw him, he was actually looking pretty good, certainly slimmer than times during his Blades career...

Guess he could have had a busy few months though :D

Applying my professional image manipulators eye it does look to have been tampered with.

The width of the Leeds badge versus the height and the width of the fence post versus the horizontals give the game away.

Had his deal with Bury cancelled after 13 days.

Paddy Kenny: Bury goalkeeper cancels contract because of injury

Bury goalkeeper Paddy Kenny has cancelled his short-term contract with the club after 13 days because of a calf injury.

The former Republic of Ireland international, 37, returned to Gigg Lane as cover.

The ex-Sheffield United, Queens Park Rangers and Leeds keeper left Ipswich at the end of last season.

"He doesn't feel like he is going to earn his money now he is injured," boss David Flitcroft told the club website.

"Quite incredibly he has decided he wants to cancel the contract.

"He had guaranteed money there but he has said he can't take money off the football club which is quite a unique circumstance."

Former blades player, getting old and is injury prone. We should be looking at signing him surely? :)

He only played 4 games last season, so it looks like the end for Paddy now - nearly 600 league games so he had a good career and will certainly have made his money.

At his best with us a top keeper, we've struggled to say that about our keepers since.

I know he divided opinion but I liked him.

I can't see Paddy as a goalkeeping coach, I wonder what he'll do now ?

Probably still better than Howard or Long.

Bit of a dig there Bush?

Paddy was 24 when he got his debut for the Blades so 2 years older than Long is now.

And before anyone says it, yes that of course doesn't mean Long will go on to be as good as Paddy.

Amusing quote from Waaaaarnock.

"Paddy is one of the best signings I've ever made. I think he's one of the best goalkeepers in the game. I wouldn't swap him for David James, Chris Kirkland, Paul Robinson or David Seaman. The first thing I did was put him on a diet. He was eating burgers, pizzas and chips - and that was in the same day." :)

Lighthearted comment that I thought I'd get in before someone else did.

In seriousness, Long may yet become a good keeper in time but we need a good one now. I'd like to see us sign a good one in the JTW, keep Howard as back up til the end of the season and send Long out on loan.

Not on this thread but many others ,I worry that Adkins is making a massive error of judgement.

Probably still better than Howard or Long.

Certainly more commanding than both of them.

Im not in favour of us signing him because its usually a disaster bringing back former players plus he looks like might be calling it a day soon anyway.

I remember refereeing a game in concord park last day of the season the team kicking into the wind had to win to stay up , last minute keeper launched it into the teeth of a gale the ball travelled 30 yards to the center circle bounced high and the wind blew it back with interest and one bounce later back over the keepe, they all fell to their knees in disbelief , drew 2-2 and went down

saw this on my timeline yesterday, who had a bang on the head & thought that was a good idea Paddy Kenny in the Tony Currie Restaurant, as someone replied £100 plus vat to chin him.. not a bad price . although im looking forward to next couple of matches apparently commercial department have David Unsworth v Bolton, Charles Green v Millwall & Carlos Tevez v Charlton are lined up
