I listened to football heaven on Monday night after the Millwall game.
The problem with the blades at present is that the forwards are very poor and the fullback's can't defend.
Jebbison had a one on one against Millwall, which is not the first time, if we had scored, we would have been in the ascendency, the forwards are missing too many chances, which puts more pressure on the defence, we could have won both games if we had taken our chances.
The forwards are very poor on one to one's they have no guile, can't go around the keeper or first touch in the box is a shot, they are too slow, no pace, apart from Ndiaye

My suggestion would be to play 4.3.3 against Watford with a back 4, and play Bogal has a winger in midfield with his pace, with Norwood and Berge, as holding midfield players.

With three up front, or 2 up front Ndiaye in between midfield and forwards, so he can use his pace and trickery, the two forwards being Jebbison and Mcburnie, playing a 4, 3,1,2 system.

Hopefully the defence would be stronger, since we are too open in a three, since Lowe and Bogal are poor defender's.
We need some pace in midfield, because we are too ponderous going forward, also we don't shoot enough from the 18yard box, this has been evident since Chris Wilder, was in charge.

We need a different strategy, since we are too predictable at the moment, and have been for a while, sometimes you need to change, to keep the opponent's guessing.

Time travelling bastard.

No need to swear, I sent the email to football heaven a while back, and it's still relevant today with regards to how we play, ponderous, slow and predictable

Been a blade since 1964

The problem with the Blades atm, is Hecky doesnt know what to do!
Hes constantly picking the same players to start, and can't seem to recognise it just isn't working!

Team needs a kick up the arse, and players need dropping.
Next game is a must win!
Boro win on Tuesday, they're 1 point behind!, 1 point!
We have no GD left, no game in hand, no ideas, and no chance.

Change the team!!!!
If you can't see that, then the same door Wilder used is still open!

From the beginning I never wanted Heckingbottom, after is managerial roles at Leeds and Hibs were failures.

He doesn't know how to change the system when things go wrong, he's a very negative manager.
