Pompey and warnock

has anybody read the newspapers sayign that warnock could be linked to pompey as manager. i personally dont think he will leave us as he is a supporter and aims for promotion and what better chance has he got than with the squad he has got now and they start we have made

Cant see him going myself!Why would he, this is the closest he is going to get to achieving Premiership status with us, also Pompey could be swapping places with us in May......

The chairman of Pompey is backing the manager there so no reason for Warnock to be thrown in as a contender.

It's all paper talk, if it was Reading at the top Steve Coppel would be linked, if it was Luton, Mike Newell would be linked with a move.

It would be a silly move if Perin was sacked anyway, no way will Warnock have a better chance than this season to take us up and even if he only stays one year in the premiership he wouldn't go anywhere else, he could retire happy.
