Any result at Cardiff and we will definitely be on top at Christmas, but what about when the final whistle blows at Vicarage Road?

Get your vote in, but if you also dare state your predictions for each game, I will put in an update after each game about who is doing well and who is out of the running.

Cardiff (A) - 21/12 - W
Burnley (H) - 26/12 - D
WBA (H) - 29/12 - W
Sunderland (A) - 1/1 - D
Watford (A) - 4/1 - W

Depends whose fit and who we bring in in January but Cardiff is a big big game now and a win there could give us a big cushion going into the Burnley game and if we are at full strength there and can beat them we could be uncatchable if they have dropped any points up to that point

Why not all 15? We are top of the league for a reason.
..but not winning all our away games nor playing top sides each week. We cannot expect them to be on top form each match let alone win them.
I would be happy with 7 points and then go from there.

8 points. And that will do just fine. We would still be over 2 points per game and I wouldn't see anyone knocking us out of the auto spots.

7 points, we have to lose at some point and the games against Boro and Leeds suggest that the better teams are where we struggle, be it tactically or psychologically.

Cardiff (A) - 21/12 - W
Burnley (H) - 26/12 - L.....if we draw away at Cardiff then we might draw at home to Burnley. Just think we're due a home blip.
WBA (H) - 29/12 - W...as usual we'll bounce back after the Burnley disappointment
Sunderland (A) - 1/1 - L.....this will be their BIG match of the season and they'll be out for revenge.
Watford (A) - 4/1 - D....these have a home record similar to us....so a draw is an excellent result.

This is our toughest run of fixtures left this season.
7 points out of a possible 15 and I'd take that.

I expect us to be outside the top 2 by the time we've finished playing Watford but still confident we'll get back into the top 2.

7 points puts us on 52 points, so it will take some effort from Burnley or Sunderland to dislodge us from the auto spots within 5 games. They would need 12 and 13 points from 15 respectively, unless GD comes into it as well.

Un-catchable with 60 odd points to play for 🤔

9
2 wins (Cardiff and West Brom) and 3 draws.
I think that would be decent and keep us in the top 2 still at the end of that run.

All teams that get promoted from this league hit a patch at some point where they don't win for three or four games.

It happened to Leicester and Ipswich last season and it happened to us and Burnley the season before.

I fear this next run of games will be where we come unstuck a bit.

The important thing is to stay calm and react well to it when it happens.

🤷‍♂️ we'll see. That's the fun of guessing

What's your game-by-game prediction?

I hope you're right. I can see a loss to either Burnley or Sunderland.

I'll go:
Cardiff (W)
Burnley (D)
West Brom (W)
Sunderland (L)
Watford (D)

8 points which wouldn't be the end of the World

W, L, W, L, D - 7 points..

I think this is going to be our tricky spell especially with the injuries and how we’re playing at the min.

Huge boost if Anel & Souza are back..

If we’re in the top 2 after these games then game on for promotion!

Cardiff (A) - W
Burnley (H) - W
WBA (H) - W
Sunderland (A) - D
Watford (A) - D

Injuries are huge factor. Would be nice if Seriki was back fit as well as think Gilchrist already looks like he needs a rest.

Souza and Campbell back fit for Burnley would be ideal...
