There is no doubt that CW needs a short term ie season replacement for JOC and I subsequently expect him to go for a loan to cover this gap.
We do in my opinion need a creative midfield player but I would be v surprised if there is any money left in the kitty unless we move players of any value out.
With the exemption of lundstram who I cannot see us getting much for due to contractural issues Can anyone see any players being used to enable CW to wheel and deal.
Baldrick no doubt has admirers and if Bogle is any good he could fill the void.
Stevens May be nearing the end of his days as a useful asset and may be moved on with Lowe and possibly RND covering.
Robinson and Bryan could be considered surplus to requirements.

Apologies, on reflection this should possibly have been min general

Sharp should move on in Jan. He’s become comfortable with the support role and that just doesn’t sit right. He should have a rethink. IMHO.

Wilder will have him as 6th choice once Moose is fit. I don’t agree buts that’s how it is !!!!

Another 30-50 goals left in the old dog lower down the divisions.

UTB.

Baldock will have admirers because he's an excellent player. You don't progress by selling your best players.

^ I agree unless you need a centre back and a midfield player to take the whole team further forward and consider his replacement to be fit for purpose unlike the guys replacing JOC and having Lundstram in midfield

Moore, Jagielka, Bryan, Rodwell and Lundstram can all leave in January and won't be missed. (free to speak to clubs)

^ Agree but they will provide us with minimal funds can we wheel and deal with any players to generate income to downs in other areas of the squad.

I see what you mean but i bet them five there's around 40k in wages? A few of em will be on about 8k-10k a week easily after the promotions and bonuses.
