Thank the local "voice of sage wit and wisdom".
For that read "voice of the asylum". :D:D:D:D
I was under the impression that it was the forum POTS, and he provided more entertainment on here than any other player. Didn't realise they had to do anything ON the pitch. :D :D :D

Then again you've got a point SEB. Unless we can vote for his idiot savant mate as poster of the season for all his entertaining waffle?

My vote has gone to Chris Morgan. He has been solid, consistant and been the rock around which we have built the side this season.

If you take away the Hume incident and a couple of odd silly mistakes he has been rock solid and given another season of excellent service. A vastly underrated defender and someone who has given his all for a number of seasons now.

Halford may have done a good job filling in the gaps, but Killa has been the center-piece of the defence all year. Don't think it reasonable to ignore his overall contibution. Halford is not quite at the level of our last super-sub (Pesch).

Halford = Super Sub? am I missing something?

Hes started just about every game.....

I think that taking the aftermath of the Hume incident into consideration gives Morgan more credibility.

Despite the bad press, baying for blood and having his family home attacked... he hasn't hidden away and let it affect his performances on the pitch.

He is an absolute nutcase at times, but I don't think there is a better captain at the club.

IF I was going to give a genuine vote I'd probably give it to Naysmith. Solid, reliable and rarely lets the team down. Never spectacular, so probably goes un-noticed in most games.
