5 wins, 2 draws and one defeat is fantastic form and very difficult to maintain.
The fact that such form over the entire second half of the season would see us scrape 74 points, which might or might not be enough to sneak 6th place, shows just how unlikely it is that we could get into the playoffs.
It’s not impossible, but it would be an incredible run - without checking the stats almost certainly better than the second half of any of our auto-promotion seasons.

Unfortunately we gave everyone a 6 game headstart so I still think it's unlikely we do it.

This is very true and true also equally true for probably everyone in the division bar Leicester and Ipswich. Coventry appear to be the most coherent team. Middlesborough I can't work out tbh

We will finish 8th -10th which is what I would have been happy with at the start of the season if I could have seen the club was moving forward.

Unfortunately we’ve gone backwards or at least stayed where we are so that for me will be failure.

Yes , I love that we are likely not going to be relegated and we are picking up wins but in all honesty not much has changed … no sense of the ditection the club is going in or the playing style we want to adopt.

I do actually wonder if the likes of Boro or Ipswich would get as many as two points per game. I have a feeling that second gets about 86 or 88.

Ruben and the Board saw to that not being available.

60 points from 24 isn’t really gettable at 2.5 points per game but play offs is doable if we play like the team we are rather than the team that started the season.
