I was told yesterday that the pigs game will be on BBC tv.

Can anyone confirm this???

I don't think it is to be honest mate and I can't understand why either Sky or the BBC aren't showing it.

Checked the beeb website and it doesn't list it.

1) We're not in the Premiership

2) They already showed the game at Bramall Lane

3) Wigan v. Arsenal kicks off at 13:30 (presumably on Sky)

However, I was under the impression that the terms of the BBC agreement stated that every club should be shown once (with one club shown twice... predictably, Newcastle). We haven't been on the BBC yet so we're due to be on at any time if that's the case.

They were only given 10 games, so a maximum of 20 teams.
Newcastle have been on 3 times I believe, so this cuts it down to a max of 18 teams.

According to the pig site, the game hasn't been picked for the TV.

They're selling tickets on the basis that the only way to see it is to be there.

Am I the only one who hopes so I will be in hospital after a big opp on that date plus i will have had my medication early so i might just about be able to stick it until the end i just hope the result doesn't bust my stitches ether way it goes hopefully the result helps to send the WENDY DOWN bring on the morphine to stop me laughing .
