Pigs will be all over the place, every pub in errrr.....Chapeltown, Stocksbridge, Ecclesfield, Grenoside.
Of course they'll completely take over "Sheffield" and none of them will have seen a United fan anywhere
Pub? Surely all 8158617 of them will be at the sty, that's got to be the only reason they've just given us the upper tier
I need a pub around Euston Station, London!!! Checked a couple and they only show Premier League fixtures. I think I'm going to struggle
Still won't be enough though, the pubs of Grenoside and Chapeltown will be full of them looking for United fans, safe in the knowledge that they won't find any, and shit scared to venture any closer to Central Sheffield.
Still, They'll look hard in the safety their own little village

It's the only game that's live at that time mate (it's in place of the normal early premier league game on a Sunday), you should be fineI need a pub around Euston Station, London!!! Checked a couple and they only show Premier League fixtures. I think I'm going to struggle
Thought that was forbiddenA stab in the dark but if there are any Blades in Beijing then i'll be in and around the city!
Thought that was forbidden
I'm just so inscrutableAn easy tap in for a man of your wit, Kenilworth!
Why on earth not? That's fucking weird.
Surely it's not coppers getting involved?
Mates were on about it last night, all pubs in Sheff city centre were told not to show pigs v scabs game but they were saying plod have given the thumbs up for pubs to show the derby.
I'm undecided between town, London Road or Handsworth. I guess I'll end up watching it in town ... Bessemer any good for footy?

Merseyside ,home of the full kit wanker.I remember reading an article saying that Common Room have a policy where they deliberately won't show United or Wednesday matches.
Nothing to do with the police, they just don't want to risk trouble and hostilities amongst rival fans.
Remember.......
In Manchester and Liverpool they can watch their matches in pubs.
I've been to Liverpool a few times and on a Saturday night you'll see people wearing blue Everton shirts or red Liverpool shirts at 10 and 11pm in the city centre.
Don't think I've ever seen a football shirt worn in the Sheffield city centre pubs late in the evening.
