Can’t see this lad mentioned as yet, 6 ft 2 French defensive midfielder at Sunderland who could play box to box. Looks like the model premier league midfielder, powerhouse with good close control, always available and seems to have the ability to beat the press in the same way Berge did for us.

He looked dreadful in a game I watched last season, but a mackem mate rates him. Lots of potential for sure.

Almost suggested him at the end of last season but realised he'd only been at Sunderland since January. Although still feasible he'd be in gamble territory as only just started playing regularly.

Had a catch up with Preston supporting uni mate back in May. He started at Deepdale when he had just broken into the first 11, Sunderland won 3-0 and he absolutely bossed the midfield, controlled the tempo really well, driving runs and excellent vision with his passing. Not sure if it was a one off but if you was a scout at that match you would be interested.
