I like the thought of Wilder, Prestridge and Knill all sat in Wilders office, quiet Wednesday after training. Wilder feet up chucking a tennis ball against the wall and rebounding it off his desk, catching it.

Knilly scrolling attack squirrels reels on instagram.

Prestridge chucking in the odd quip about sports science. Wilder says “Matty, get on S2 and see what’s happening with the Yeehaa tekkover thread”
