We have such a fan loser mentality, no wonder why we’re shit, sums up Sheffield too tbh, just a city of apathetic losers, it’s part why both clubs have been shit for decades… we just don’t care..

What’s the point of watching football if you don’t want the excitement of playing well and achieving.

I can’t believe the mentality of Sheffield ‘folk” compared to that of other citizens. Living in Manchester where pretty much everyone wants and celebrates when the City either achieves things or gets things done compared to the utter vitriol if Sheffield has anew building or shop or goes for say … the City of Culture.. is striking!

I agree the mentality isn’t conducive to a winning formula but that is because we’ve been shit for decades obvious the odd positive but that was never followed up with investment to move us on to the next level.

Im from rotherham not sheffield (seldom admit this)
However im a realist. We dont have the resources nor are we well run enough to be a prem side. And for season ticket holders it sucks because games get moved and its an abomination of manufactured crap now
Ill keep being a happy champ supporter, aspire to the top but not sulk if we dont. Only goal avoid relegation and enjoy the rest of it. Ta.
